The late mum could be heard speaking to an ICE agent moments before the fatal shooting
A new angle of Renee Nicole Good's final moments before being shot and killed by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer has been released.
The footage, which a clinical and forensic psychologist recently analysed, shows Good speaking to the law enforcement officer before reversing and trying to drive away.
Good, 37, was killed by an ICE agent named Jonathan Ross on Wednesday (7 January). The Department of Homeland Security described her as a 'violent rioter', claiming that she was 'weaponising' her vehicle in attempts to run over other agents.
President Donald Trump ordered that the agents carry out raids on the Minneapolis area, which have been protested against by several US agents, as his administration branded Good as a 'domestic terrorist'.
The US citizen was fatally wounded while at the wheel of her car, which looked to have crashed in footage online. Good's last words were heard in a new video obtained by Alpha News, which was filmed just a few blocks from her home.
Her exchange with an officer was heard, in addition to the few seconds of driving away and tragically being shot, from the perspective of the latter.
The 47-second clip showed the ICE officer getting out of his vehicle to approach Good's Honda, then making his way around the car as sirens are heard in the background.
She can be seen looking at the officer, saying: "That's fine, dude. I'm not mad at you."
Becca Good, a woman reported to be Good's wife, is also seen recording the exchange with her phone while telling the officer: "That's okay, we don't change our plates every morning just so you know. It will be the same plate when you come talk to us later."
"You want to come at us? You want to come at us? I say go and get yourself some lunch, big boy," she could be heard saying.
The ICE agents then tell Good to get out of the vehicle, before it can be seen moving forward, with many believing that it clipped the man behind the camera.
Footage then faced the sky for a few seconds, as someone can be saying 'woah', with a voice heard uttering 'f***ing b***h', as it sounds like shots are fired.
Seconds are between the officer's orders for Good to exit the car and her being fatally shot, though Trump is adamant that she was carrying out an attack on ICE.
Speaking following the incident last week, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said: “They're already trying to spin this as an action of self-defence. Having seen the video myself, I want to tell everybody directly - that is bulls**t.”
Vice President JD Vance noted that it was a 'tragedy', but stated that the officer would not face any punishment.
Officials at the state level have since stated their intention to seek criminal charges against Ross, as Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty called on the public to submit any evidence that could help the investigation.
